  2. Applicants must either be legal residents of Southern Alberta or have lived in this region for seven of the past ten years. Southern Alberta encompasses the Counties of Lethbridge, Taber, Warner, Forty Mile, Cardston, Pincher Creek, Ranchlands, Willow Creek, Cypress, Newell, Vulcan, and all municipalities within these counties, including Lethbridge, Brooks, and Medicine Hat.   3. Adhering to the timeless principles governing Rotary Foundation scholarships, Rotarians, Rotaractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply. This ensures impartiality in the selection process.
