Aalto University Scholarships 2024 is now available for all undergraduate students of the world. Some joint degree programs have their own tuition and study programs as far as Aalto University Scholarships. The curriculum can be changed at any time by Aalto University.
Aalto University Scholarship 2024 Program
The Aalto University Scholarship Program aims to find students with non-EU / EEA skills. Aalto University Scholarships will be awarded to the students on their merit. Aalto University scholarships are limited by the different degree programs of the students which further depend on the number of non-EU / EEA students selected for the degree program.
Scholarships are offered during the study phase of the acceptance process for a particular study option. Most of the scholarships are awarded to the best applicants who have to pay a tuition fee for each study option. The study option website provides test terms for each study option.
Scope of scholarship
The tuition fees at Aalto University are covered by either 50% (fall in Category B) or 100% (fall in Category A). The waiver of tuition fees is provided by Aalto University.
You should know that Aalto University currently does not offer full scholarships which will cover the cost of living in Finland. Each student applying for the scholarship is responsible for his or her own living expenses (which can be approximately 800 EUR per month) and tuition-related expenses. How do you apply for a scholarship?
At the time of application, non-EU / EEA citizens can apply for a scholarship and their preferred study option on the same application form. You will be asked questions on the application form that determines your mortgage. If you are considered for a scholarship, you will have the option of applying or not applying to study at Aalto University. After the application period is closed, you cannot apply for a scholarship.
Aalto University scholarship program (i.e. waiver of tuition fees) can only be applied for by students who are responsible for paying tuition fees at Aalto University.
Scholarship Decisions
Scholarship decisions are based on the academic assessment of applicants selected for the study program. The course evaluation process (available on the program website) is used to evaluate applications in programs.
Scholarships are offered simultaneously with admission decisions. In accordance with the Universities Act, the scholarship decision is final.
Duration of scholarship
There are scholarship programs offered during the graduation program. Bachelor’s degrees take three (3) years of full-time study, and master’s degrees take two (2) years of full-time study. It is necessary to study according to the personal study program approved by the scholarship committee.
Aalto University Incentive Scholarship Program
Aalto University also offers incentive-based scholarships that reward students who excel in their studies (i.e. students paying full or partial fees at Aalto University). scholarship programs are awarded to students who complete at least 60 ECTS credits during the academic year according to their accredited study programs.
incentive-based scholarships cost almost 1,500 euros. Aalto University Scholarships are paid for the following fall (or graduation, if applicable).
Aalto University offers Finnish scholarships as part of the national Finnish Scholarships program sponsored by the Department of Education and Culture. During the period 2024-2025, Finnish scholarship program are available.
Finland Scholarships are available to non-EU / EEA applicants who are responsible for paying tuition fees at Aalto University.
Scholarships are based on achievement and are awarded according to the academic evaluation process for each study option (available on each study option website). scholarship programs are awarded to senior applicants who have to pay a tuition fee for each study option.
Scope of scholarship
For the first year of study, the Finnish Scholarship will cover the complete 100% of tuition fees (issued as tuition fees) and a total of 4000 Euros for migration and other expenses. Upon arrival in Finland and enrolled in university as a student, the student will be paid 5,000 euros in the Finnish bank account. The scholarship amount of 5000 euros is paid only once for the first year of study.
How do you apply for Aalto University Scholarships?
With the same scholarship application form, non-EU / EEA applicants who are eligible and can apply for scholarships at Aalto University can apply for the Finland Scholarship. After the application deadline has passed, no applications will be accepted.
Scholarship Decisions
Scholarships are offered simultaneously with admission decisions. In accordance with the Universities Act, the scholarship decision is final.
Duration of Aalto University Scholarships
In the normal course of the graduation program, tuition fees are waived. For master’s degrees, the average study period is two (2) years in full. Scholarships require full-time study and study in accordance with the student’s approved curriculum. Scholarships of 5000 euros are awarded once for the first year of study.
